DIRECTIONS: To improve performance for a single day take 8 capsules daily (2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch, 2 with dinner and 2 with an evening snack) for three days before and on the morning of competition. Improved performance can be maintained for up to three days by continuing supplementation. Taking ZV Max too frequently makes it less effective at improving performance so for maximum benefits we recommend at least a 6 week break between each supplement cycle.
